Joe Fillion of Plymouth Brewing Co. and Penny Pickart
Flashback to 2014 at the Annual Wisconsin Micro-Brewers Beer Fest. I stopped to have a beer with Joe Fillion of Plymouth Brewing Co. Plymouth, WI, is about 30 miles south of Chilton and 60 miles north of Milwaukee.

It’s hard to believe that we are already well into the month of May and the weather is finally beginning to warm up. As late spring and summer approach, beer fest season will be getting into full swing. In our hometown of Chilton, Wisconsin, Rowland’s Calumet Brewing Co. will be hosting the 25th Annual Wisconsin Micro-Brewers Beer Fest at the Calumet County Fairgrounds on May 22. This event is a celebration of Wisconsin Micro-Brewers with 30 breweries from across the state participating.  Attendance continues to increase, with over 3,000 attendees anticipated this year.
