The newest Briess malt is front page news in the fall edition of Craft Beer Quarterly. Goldpils® Vienna Malt is a 2-Row traditional-style malt that’s less modified and less sweet than Briess Pale Ale Malt, but just as light colored. It has hints of biscuity notes layered with rich malty flavor, and an exceptionally clean finish.
